The collection contains correspondence (business and family), legal documents, company publications, printing samples, clippings, family history, awards, scrapbooks, photographs and photograph albums. Photograph Album A has 37 photographs of the W.H. Kistler main store window displays, 1636-46 Champa Street, Denver, Colo. (1930s); Album B contains 23 photographs of store personnel and interior merchandise displays at Kistler's Denver Club Store, Denver Club Building, 510 17th St., Denver 17, Colo. (1960s); additional loose photographs and negatives show the move from the old store to the new facility at E. 17th St. and Dahlia (1964).
